Content Action: Access via the “Apps” Menu

Smart Label Sync can also be triggered directly from the Confluence page menu using the built-in Content Action, available under the “Apps” section.

How to Access

  1. Open the page you wish to update.

  2. Click the “...” (more actions) button at the top right of your Confluence page.

  3. Hover over “Apps” in the dropdown menu.

  4. Click “Smart Label Sync”.

Tips & Notes

  • You need appropriate permissions to manage labels on the current page.

  • If you don’t see the action, check with your Confluence admin to ensure the app is installed and your permissions are sufficient.
